Description

In this workshop, we will present a series of R packages tailored for population genomic analyses: ape, adegenet, hierfstat, popr. The teachers are the active developers of these packages, and will illustrate their flexibilities to conduct population genomic analyses in R. Each of the first four days will be devoted to one package, and the last one will take the form of a mini population genomic conference, showing applications. Course attendance: Free for participants belonging to a CUSO University (UniBE, UniFR, UniGE, UniL & UniNE) and PhD students of the DP-biol.400CHF for Academic participants
800CHF for Non-Academic participants

PhD students of StarOmics are eligible for reimbursement of incurred travel expenses by train
(half-fare card, and 2nd class) and meals (up to 25 CHF). Please send the original tickets (no copies, except for the general abonnement) with the reimbursement form to:

CUSO PhD students: through your MyCUSO account.  External participants (non-CUSO PhD students, post-docs, etc...): use the icon "registration" at top of page and the last gray box "non-CUSO student" ("personne hors myCUSO").  25 places are dedicated to participants belonging to a CUSO University (UniBE, UniFR, UniGE, UniL & UniNE). Priority for these 25 places will be given to PhD students from the DPEE, DP-biol and StarOmics until 30th of June 2016. 15 places are dedicated to external participants.
