Description

The symposium is targeted to participants of all four CUSO programs in biology, namely StarOmics, Plant Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Ecology and Evolution and is co-oganized with the Swiss Institute for Bioinformatics.

 

Invited speakers will present their work around the subject "Microbiome". The symposium will include both lectures by invited experts in the fields and discussions in smaller groups (journal club format) in order to promote dynamic exchanges between students and experts of different disciplines and close contacts with the invited speakers.

 

This year the Symposium will last 5.5 days. Registrations to the first and second part have to be done separately

Expenses
Reimbursements for CUSO StarOmics students

Accomodation and meal expenses are covered by the CUSO.You will be reimbursed for your train ticket, 2°class, half-fare from your institution to the place of the activity.
