training on widefield and confocal microscopes,

immunofluorescence labeling and basics on live cell imaging,

2-photon confocal and super resolution techniques.

• Bright field microscopy
• Fluorescence microscopy
• Confocal microscopy
• Imaging of live samples
• Advanced methods (FRAP, FRET …)
• Qualitative and quantitative image analysis

Course given in English, « cours à choix » open to 3rd year Biology or Biochemistry students, master students and graduate students.
