Description | Skills workshop on scholarly editing, with emphasis on the added complications and responsibilities of editing female and non-canonical writers. Open to students working on all periods and genres of British, American and Comparative literature.
Two-day event. Will consist of: short presentations from all students on either editions they use in their work or editions they would like to produce; a lecture on editing Aphra Behn by Hobby and Bowditch; two practical, hands-on editing workshops; and two or three formal student presentations, with feedback from Hobby and Bowditch
